Terms of Service

1. The service
JustAPI provides HTTP APIs for file processing. You send us a file, we process it and return a result. We do not store your files beyond the retention window described in our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and a verified email address. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret; activity authenticated with your key is treated as yours. Tell us immediately if a key is exposed and we will revoke it.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to process illegal content, to attack our infrastructure or a third party's, to circumvent rate limits or billing, or to resell the API as a competing service without a written agreement.
We may suspend an account that threatens the stability of the platform, and will tell you why.
4. Credits and payment
Credits are prepaid and consumed per operation at the prices published on our pricing page. We charge your card when you sign up and again when your balance falls below 10% of your top-up amount.
We do not charge for failed requests, for errors on our side, or for a PDF compression that did not reduce the file size.
Credits do not expire while your account is active. Unused credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase, less any amount already consumed. We do not refund consumed usage.
5. Availability
We target 99.5% monthly availability, measured at our API gateway, and publish incidents at
status.justapi.tech. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance.
This target is a goal, not a contractual guarantee, unless you have a separate written agreement.
6. Changes
We may change prices with 30 days' notice by email. Existing accounts keep their prior pricing for 90 days after any increase. Breaking API changes are announced at least 90 days in advance.
7. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Keep your own copies of anything important. We delete results after the retention window and cannot recover them.
8. Ending the agreement
You may close your account at any time and request a refund of unused credits under section 4. We may terminate for a material breach of these terms, with notice and an opportunity to fix it where the breach allows for that.
